I had a good experience working with Carissa.. i started to give up but she never quit looking for houses for me. She is very patient with you and also very helpful. Now Im living in this beautiful house that I can afford. Im a single parent and dont think you cant do it because she can find what you fits your budget. If I can issue her out like candy to home buyers I would. It has been great working with Carissa. She is friendly, and gives good advice. She is very consistent in finding houses in your range. She sticks to the time and date of all the appointments. I would recommend her anytime. If you dont believe me, try her out for yourself. She does a fantastic job.
