“Agent Pronto got me in touch with Patricia Halley Conaghan. She is, hands down, one of the best real estate agents around. I am in Oregon so it was long distance relationship. The property was no where ready to sell when I first listed. Many e-mails, phone calls, texts, and photos later we were able to get this property ready to sell. She lined up contractors and oversaw the work. It did not take long to sell with some creative financing. I couldn't be happier than I am with Patricia's work and support. She is AWESOME!!”

“Selecting our realtor, Mr. Joseph Dupard, through Agent Pronto was a blessing. I needed to list some estate property and being out of state made this difficult....Mr. Joseph Dupard was the best decision. Mr. Dupard is very knowledgeable about the area, professional, prompt, provided information to help me make the best decisions, explained information in layman's terms, and was assessable. I highly recommend him because he cares about his clients and their needs. ”

Her experience and knowledge of the current market was very helpful in pricing and negotiating during the initial phases and during offer negotiations. Even during the unknown expectations of the COVID 19 pandemic, Gina was very reassuring yet realistic. I would recommend Gina as a reliable, responsive agent.”
