With over 50 lots at any given time for sale, Carly truly understands the ins and outs of the new construction process and loves teaching and working with clients through the process.

After 3 years as a Realtor, Carly expanded her education further passing her state broker's exam and a year later, received her Supervising Broker endorsement.

She has an outgoing, forth-right, and positively confident personality and is an agent we all look up to. She can always see both sides of a situation and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and agents around her.

I've been looking for a home in the Billings area off and on for almost 2 years. Carly and I have looked at what feels like 100 houses together - with no luck finding one that worked out all the way through. Until now of course!! Carly has been the most honest, patient, thorough, fun person to work with!! I never once worried we wouldn't find the one with her positivity and communication on a regular basis. I felt comfortable asking "if this was your house what would you do" knowing she was going to be honest - even if that meant she wouldn't get commision right then or that all the work and time she put in wasn't going to be rewarded right away. Carly worked her butt off for me, she took time out of her weekends, she was free for calls with all of my silly questions, she made calls for me, she set everything up for us to be happy. This is the second home I've bought working with Carly - her knowledge and attitude are unparralled. I can't even imagine such a process without Carly there to help me! I am forever grateful to know such a kind, caring, PATIENT person. Truly an amazing experience all thanks to Carly!! 100/10 would reccomend & will 100/10 be working with Carly in the future!

It was great working with Carly she was always very quick to reply to any questions we had, or when we wanted to view a property. She was also very helpful with getting us bids after the inspection. She would call a contractor and have them out within a day or two to give us a bid.
