Carly was a pleasure to work with and kept in touch explaining all steps and walked me through the sale. She really did go that one step extra in getting the house sold, setting up for cleaners and the painter. I'd recommend her highly to any who are thinking of selling or buying a home.

Carly was used in the purchase of our home. We had known each other previously but her help in our journey buying a home for the first time really solidified our friendship. She is truly a person who cares. We would call her with questions multiple times a week sometimes, the same question we had asked before that we weren't quite understanding fully and with no problem at all she would take the time to talk us through things even if for the second or third time. We knew we would have this same experience with her as she aided us in the legal side and brokering the sale of our home.

Carly is in all ways, professionally and personally, very excellent. Century 21 is lucky to have a hard worker and wonderful person in their realty firm.

Carly was a statutory broker for us thus none of the advertising items are applicable however i know her to be very good at that when she is employed for that reason. She was extremely helpful in communicating the legalities of all the contracts in the process and in the closing of our sale.
