I had my house listed with another realtor for a very long time with no results. I decided to list with another realtor. I narrowed the list to two realtors and Carmine Pantuso came out on top. I live in Ohio and the house was in Palm Coast, Fl. so I needed a realtor who I thought would put more effort into selling my house. I got everything I was looking for and more when I contracted with Carmine. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, he would get a 20. Nothing happened without him communicating it to me. All calls and questions were answered quickly. He made suggestions about things we could do to make the house more marketable and took care of make it all happen. I could go on and on about what a great job Carmine did for me, but I think the best compliment I can give him, is that I would hire him again in a heart beat and recommend him to anybody wanting to buy or sell a house. What a great experience!!
