We submitted our initial bid on the property we acquired about 10 days after our house tour. Lila was very responsive in getting us support documentation including HOA info, a floor plan, an existing survey among others. She also referred us to a local mortgage officer at Region's Bank who was able to get us a prequal letter in one day.
