Charlie was an absolute gift to us in this crazy market! He was not only knowledgeable and a wonderful advocate, but he truly listened to our desires and respected our concerns throughout the process of home buying. Moving from city to country life, Charlie was a great asset in asking the right questions about the older home we looked at and talking us through the ins and outs of homeownership in areas where wells/septic tanks and old, stone foundations are commonplace.
