Had my property listed with another agent for about six months. Received one call with a question. Listed with Charles Maher. First day had several questions about different aspects of the property.

Charles did an exceptional job of communicating with me any time there was a question about the property or when people were looking.

Charles helped us sell our home in less than 6 months. It had been previously listed with another agent at a different company for over a year and barely had any showings. Once Charles took over we started getting traffic coming through and the process went fairly quick. During the time our house was on the market he spent multiple Saturdays driving all over with us. We didn’t have an area or type of house narrowed down when we first started working with him. Once we found one we liked he helped us getting our closing dates for both of them on the same day. Every time a friend or family member mentions wanting to move we ALWAYS give them Charles’ information!

Mr. Maher is a very wonderful agent. He took every opportunity to make sure my wife and I were happy. He researched homes for us for a couple weeks and set up a "master plan" if you would. We started out our day of house hunting with Charles about mid morning and after looking at 9 houses in a matter of a few hours we found the one that became our dream home. From that time on he dedicated his time to making sure that all the ducks were in a row. He sold us our little slice of heaven and we couldnt be happier.
