We hired Charmaine as our property manager in 2019 as we moved out of town due to my job. We wanted to keep our home. We returned 3 years later and realized that the home was not managed properly. Our new home was pretty much destroyed, and she didn't keep the security deposits for the damages. When I asked her about the damage that had been done, she told me she thought we left the home that way. She responded to us when we had questions or concerns, and kept us informed of when people moved in and out. She kept tenants in the home, but that's as far as her services went from what I could tell. Would not use her services again and would not recommend her to anyone either, lesson learned!

My husband and I were looking for a home to rent and found a beautiful property with everything we wanted. When contacting Charmaine to request a tour, I began my correspondence with pleasantries that were not returned. I was then asked several questions and ultimately, never even granted a response to whether or not we could tour the property we were so interested in. We have encountered other realtors on our search but have yet to meet anyone who displayed Charmaine’s lack of professionalism. I would not recommend her to anyone but especially to military families (as I believe that is why she stopped responding) looking for a place to call home, and I encourage those in similar situations to support other realtors instead.

Charmaine has sold me one house, referred me on the second and third to great realtors who have taken great care of me and my brother who she has sold three to. She manages my Columbus, GA home and two for my brother. She has always found tennants quickly, keeps my property well maintained and takes good care of our tenants. I trust her with all my property needs and always go to he first.
