I would choose Cherri ten times over. She makes the process very clear and got our house sold in a day. We were out of state and everything happened so seamlessly. 10 out of 10.

Cherri took excellent care of us when we initially purchased this home/property, so we knew that she was the go to person to help us sell our home. She knows and lives in the area and we knew she would find a buyer for us at the price we were asking.

Cherri was patient with us and helped us every step of the way. I believe she had more patience than most would have, but she was very understanding of the circumstances surrounding this sale and that meant a lot to me.
