Working with Cheryl to sell our home in Lakeland was a great experience. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question we had very thoroughly. This wasn't our first home sale but each time is seemingly just as confusing as the first for us, especially being a military family and moving all over the county... every state is very different and we truly felt that we were in good hands with Cheryl.
We had a fairly large "hiccup" on our originally scheduled closing day, no fault of ours or hers, and she handled it spectacularly! We always felt that she had our backs! Not something I can say for most realtors we've had throughout the years!
In the end, our sale closed, and we are so glad that we had Cheryl with us for the process!
