We have bought numerous homes and spent millions of dollars so we know what is to be expected. Chris not only does his job, but picks up where other realtors suck!!! Most of them are part time realtors when Chris is FULL TIME HANDS ON!!!!!! It would be VERY hard to find someone that would give him a good run!!!! He pays attention to detail and works for the customer, when most others don't. I don't want to go into details but Chris knocks it out of the park when others can only dream about it!!!!

Chris was amazing at communicating and was always available when I had a question be it 7 in the morning or 10 at night. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and Chris always had the answer or a contact that did. He made the process as simple as possible and is a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Chris has a great knowledge of property values/comparables in the Bismarck/Mandan area. He double checks his value again right before the listing and will adjust the sales price accordingly. He is always gets back to you on any questions you may have. Very personable young man. We tried a few realtors before finding Chris. He is always timely in getting your home listed and having an open house very quickly compared to realtors we have used prior. Very trustworthy and we always appreciate his honesty and experience.

Great man

Chris Morris work ethic is hard work. He does all can on anything he was requested to do. I appreciate all the help from Chris, he goes above and beyond to make sure I was at ease with my sale. If I had any questions he was there for me and guiding me through the process.

I dealt with Chris Morris in my Bismarck house and Alison Schumann from Century 21 for my Carrington house. I wouldn't know what I'd do without these two. I've dealt with Chris in the past from my previous house in Mandan moving over to Bismarck. Alison helped my sister and separated wife in Carrington where I moved to. Both Alison and Chris were such a blessing helping me and talking to third parties and doing everything they could to ease this process. I am truly blessed.
