He stayed in contact about all the viewings and feedback from realtors showing the house. The length of time it might have and did take was known before listing it as it did have an unsual layout and some issues needed fixing. He would call periodically with his exsperinve of when to chsnge things up and they normally did engage in intrest in the house, it might be a more difficult house to sell but he kept up, and his knowlage of the market and seasonal changes on the market worked well.
