Chris was great to work with as a first time home buyer. He respected our budget and was very quick to learn our preffered home style and show us houses that we would like. He was very easy to contact when needed and very responsive.

Chris made the sale of my parents house as easy as it possibly could have gone. He was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He helped us with a huge part of our transition during a difficult time for my family! I will definitely have him as my agent again when the time comes for me to sell again. Chris has sold a few homes for us in the past. We luckily found him after a couple different agents did not work very hard to sell our home. It was a less expensive home. Chris treated us like his only client and sold the home for more than the other agents were asking. He is personable, does his homework on comparable homes that have been sold, and keeps in contact with you. In my opinion, he goes over and above what a realtor has to do to make a "sale".
