Chris seemed pleasant and very knowledgeable about various house related topics (electrical panels, wells, septic tanks, roofs, unfinished basements, pools, locations, etc.). This gave us confidence that we were being guided by a true professional. What 'sealed the deal' was the fact that Chris listened, was not pushy, seemed 'down to earth', was quick to book houses, and was always there to meet us on time. Once we were ready to make an offer Chris worked through a seemingly complicated back and forth exchange of contract clauses. Many times Chris had to operate under tight deadlines but, throughout, he kept things organized and on track. In my opinion our experience with Century 21 River's Edge was top notch.
