I've spent my career on every side of real estate. Before becoming a Realtor, I ran a renovation and house-flipping business across Ottawa and the surrounding area, flipping more than 25 homes. I've also taken on duplex, triplex, and commercial conversions, handling the construction and financing myself, and I'm currently building a six-storey rental building.

Today, I lead the Hyams Real Estate Group, a team of 11 agents on track for more than 175 transactions this year. I'm proud to be a five-time eXp Icon Agent and still personally help 50 to 60 clients a year buy and sell.
