I am a veteran house flipper and developer turned Realtor. I lead and run a team named Hyams Real Estate Group after myself. We have 11 agents and will hit 175+ transactions this calendar year. I ran a house flipping and renovation business in Ottawa and the surrounding area and have flipped over 25 homes. I am building a six floor multi unit rental building and have done several duplex, triplex and commercial conversions, handling all construction and financial aspects of these projects. I am a 3X Icon agent and sell 50-60 deals a year myself minus my team.
