Christine did an amazing job! As first time home buyers, we were pretty clueless about the process. Chris walked us through everything and made us feel confident about our purchase, especially in a crazy market!

The property was a messy estate sale that took 2 years and 2 months to clean up and close. Christine Farley hung in there with us, getting us information from the many attorneys that were required to clean up the title, doing legwork with town officials to clear up undocumented mysteries about the property and negotiating a deal that allowed us to live in the house while we waited for the closing to happen. We have bought and sold a number of houses, but this purchase was the most complicated. Christine’s professionalism never wavered.

Christine prepared a beautiful online ad for the open house complete with aerial footage of the property and photography that showcased the best parts of the interior. She worked with us to overcome many obstacles that could easily have derailed the sale. Christine was always just a text away with an answer to any question. She went above and beyond a realtor's customary role from working with town officials to clear liens on the property to providing excellent recommendations for moving and house clean-out companies. She even drove the closing documents across the state so the "pandemic style" closing could complete without delay. I honestly don't think we would have been able to overcome the many obstacles we faced without her expertise, patience and professionalism.
