Christine did a great job helping me find the property that fit my needs and price range. Her knowledge of the area and the market was a great asset to me. Christine also did a great job in helping with the negotiating of price and terms of the contract to come out in my favor. If I purchase another home she will be my go to agent. If I had to give her a nickname it would be the pitbull of real estate. Wonderful experience.

She is amazing! During the first meet, she showed me around seven properties that I was interested in and gave me some great advice on areas to avoid. She was always one that you could text and receive a prompt response especially after the work day has ended. She was very receptive to what my family and I wanted and the price range we were looking at. She also recommended a great mortgage company with another lender who was able to be contacted any time by text. She not only represented my family when it came down to placing an offer, but she also recommended what would be a good first bid and to ask for specific repairs. The only reason it didn't close any faster was because of the sellers and their agent didn't move quickly at times.
