I worked with Christine on past transactions and her knowledge and dedication are second to none. As your list of factors show, her sales record speaks for itself. She completely understood my needs because she made it her business to listen and then recommend based of my needs. Her commission was fair and well earned. This is the most important aspect, her estimation of my properties were right on. I used another broker for a property and the broker was so greedy that she over priced the property and I lost multiple sales. Christine was right on, again she understood what I wanted and priced the property on point. Every property she sold for me was gone with a month and two properties within 24 hours. 2704 Pebble Creek Court was one that sold within 24 hours, the other is my current home. That's how good she is! Her local knowledge was very instrumental to me in that I had to renovate my properties and she was able to help me through by making suggestions on what to do and how to do it as well as identifying the best ways to market the properties, which helped me to get the properties in their best shape and ready to sell faster that I could by myself. I gained a wealth of knowledge from her that would take years to get from anywhere else. I highly recommend Christine without hesitation.
