We were in an unusual situation for this purchase. Due to many personal circumstances, this transaction was long and difficult to accomplish (no fault of Ciaran's). On top of these stressors, we were new to acreage shopping and new to the area. We really had no clue what we were doing, what the market was like and especially the covid-19 implications... the market was nuts!

Ciaran was very patient and took A LOT of time showing us properties all over Strathcona County, Sturgeon County and as far as Mundare and Lamont County; often times at a moments notice and always evenings and weekends. We felt after awhile that our dream acreage was maybe not possible, that what we hoped for simply didn't exist. We would go crazy with how quickly some properties were on and off the market, frustrated because what we felt was a strong budget didn't seem to get us even close to what we hoped for. We were deflated and our family wasn't able to be together during this process. Ciaran stayed with us, provided advice and options to consider. We never felt pressure to buy, even after 6 months of looking. Ciaran never pushed a property on us or tried to sway us to make an offer. He always provided valuable insight while at viewings, pointing out issues and his expert opinion on value and resale. It was clear he cared that we purchased the right home for us. But more importantly, he was always positive. He kept us calm when we were frustrated and kept us hopeful when things weren't working out.

Then we found it... THE ONE.... we could tell when we drove up just from the smile and excitement from Ciaran (you almost would have thought he was buying the home). This past year was a very difficult one for our family, we were not easy clients. Ciaran's experience, customer care and knowledge went above and beyond.
