For listing clients, I provide a home staging consult, professional photography w/3D tour & floor plans. My fee is competitive and my reviews are all positive. I'll host open houses and make sure your online marketing stands out. I'm skilled with negotiations and will always look out your best interests.

For buyer clients, I've never had to charge a fee as I've always been to negotiate at least 2% from the selling agent. I can refer great loan officers, inspectors, title companies, contractors, etc. I can really walk you through the process if needed and I'll always look out for your interests.
