Dan is a very professional, experienced and helpful realtor, we felt lucky to find him. He took care of everything related to the sale of my house. He found the contractors that took care of the minor problems from the inspection. His work has allowed me to have minimal worries during an important and stressful time.
He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.

Dan is very personable, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He is a great human being.

I don't write reviews often but when you have a person like Dan Mervar as your realtor then everyone should write a review. Dan is hands down the BEST in the business. He is attentive, professional, polite, understanding, patient, timely, available when you need him, sooooo knowledgeable about this business. Dan definitely has his client's best interest at heart. I could go on and on about Dan but I will leave it at this. If you pick Dan as your realtor you can't lose. Too bad I can't give Dan 20 stars for this review!!!! Thanks for everything Dan!!!
