“Working with Sarah was so amazing! I can't even imagine having bought a house without all her help. You will not be disappointed putting your trust in her”
“Does a great job of communicating important information.”
“My home was in need of multiple services prior to sale. If it were not for Dan's broad expertise and connections to providers of the needed services, the sale would have been much delayed and, frankly, a nightmare. I am very grateful to have had such an experienced agent assisting me with this sale!!!”
“Colleen Gordon is our trusted realtor every time we are in the market to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism and deep expertise make the process smooth and stress-free. She's incredibly approachable, goes the extra mile in negotiations, and handles every detail with care and dedication.”
“Rachel is amazing. Her communication and honest approach is very important when it comes to selling and buying homes. We love Rachel and will continue to use her if we sell and buy again .”
“Heather was very attentive and available. Her knowledge of the area was fantastic and really helped. I could trust her and knew she would help me find the best home. I would highly recommend her.”
“Rob Wilson made the sale of my house as smooth effortless as possible. When problems arose prior to listing, he was beyond helpful. He not only knows the real estate market inside and out, but he also has a vast knowledge of local contractors who can take care of any issue found during the process.”
“Cindy and Michael Stockhaus are, by far, the best realtors I've dealt with. Aside from their professionalism, their communication, their availability, their patience, and their overall knowledge, they are people with heart. This wasn't an easy sale, for any of us, but they maintained professionalism and absolutely seemed to care about me and what I was going through in this process of selling my dad's home. Thank you for the recommendation!”
“Justin was most helpful dealing with an uncooperative property manager. He got the property sold quickly. I was very happy with his performance.”
“Dan Nolan was great. He was very honest and up front from the beginning. We were very pleased with his expertise in real estate. He got us more money than we expected in the sale and what other realtors expected to get. The house was sold within 3 weeks from listing and we were not expecting to show it for two more weeks. Glad we did—we entered into a sales contract in week 3. Very happy with results and would definitely use Dan Nolan again.”
“Carlos was fantastic! He took charge when the buyer's relator wasn't moving things along. Carlos gave very honest feedback to our questions. We have been referring friends and family to Carlos nonstop since partnering with him to sell our home.”

Cumberland balances small-town warmth with direct access to big-city energy, sitting on the far east side of Indianapolis and spanning both Marion County and Hancock County. Along the Historic National Road, you’ll find well-kept neighborhoods, a growing dining scene, and a civic spirit anchored by the Town Hall and an active parks and events calendar from the Town of Cumberland.
