I loved working with Danny! He's super responsive and attentive! 99% of the time you call or text him he responds right away, and if he's currently busy he responds within 10 minutes or less. Any time we wanted to tour a house, he was able to schedule it right away. In this market that's huge! If you wait a day on a new listing they could be under contract by the next day. He was very patient with us, and never tried to bend our will or persuade us on a decision. He allowed us, the buyer, to decide whether we wanted a house or not. It's a huge commitment and a big financial decision and you want to make sure you love the decision you make and the home you can see your family in. We looked at over 14 houses in person, and what we thought we were looking for changed throughout the process. Danny never grew frustrated. He was happy to help and excited for us as first time home buyers. When under contract, Danny was an advocator for us and I never had to worry who's interest he had.
