Paul saved the day! Things didn’t work out with the previous agent we were working with but when we reached out to Paul we were able to place an offer that got accepted on the first day we saw houses! The guy works hard and works fast! He really took care of us, was honest and transparent about the homes we looked at, and was able to negotiate smartly to make sure we got the best deal possible. Paul treated my purchase process as if he was buying the home for himself. I travel internationally for business and it was a very slow process due to my schedule. Paul was patient and understanding. Even if we didn't talk for weeks, he cleared his schedule to show me homes. I greatly appreciate his efforts I was not able to be there for final walk through and closing day. If you need a real estate agent when you're not even in the country, this is your man! No distance or obstacle is too great.
