Dave is so caring along with being good at what he does. He helped our son find a house when it was hard to find one before it was sold and as a first time buyer he was very helpful in teaching him how everything is done. When we decided to sell our house that we had lived in for 30 years he was the first person we thought of. He understood the emotional attachment we had to our property and was very good at making it as pleasant as possible. Even though we were building a new house and we can't wait to get in it.
