Inventory and contract activity in Ozark are moving at a steady pace in this rolling three-month view. Active listings are up about 7 percent from a year ago, while homes sold are slightly lower than last year. Pending sales, though, have jumped nearly 23 percent year over year, showing stronger buyer commitment even with modestly higher supply.
