David was extremely helpful in getting us a home that fit our needs. He went through the good and bad of house buying, keeping us upbeat through the bad...and at times they were bad due to the mortgage company's failings...if I was going to buy another home I would definitely call on David. Thank you David for all you did...from looking, to placing a bid, to going back and forth with the seller (this was actually our 2nd pick) to finding this home that was perfect for us..you are the best.

David was excellent to work starting at the first phone conversation. He promptly met me at a listing I wanted to see. He researched the property and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything about working together and what he was going to do as the realtor. He was not pushy and did not try to rush me into purchasing just any house. He took his time and we looked at several properties. David was patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Once we did finally find the right house, David worked with me and explained each step.
