I have used David Hale as my realtor now on two occasions to sell a home and purchase a new property on two occasions, a total of 4 transactions. In my experience David does a far superior job marketing property than any other Realtor has done in the past for me. He uses professional photographers, does a virtual tour and he not only makes suggestions for small improvements, he goes the extra mile by setting up painters or the handyman you need to get those small jobs done quickly and get your home on the market. David is responsive and available, I never had trouble reaching him and he always returns calls. David was able to sell my home within 5 days at full price. He has a team of professionals backing him up with all aspects of his business and I find dealing with his team, especially Sharon, to be a real pleasure. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a realtor who will put in those extra touches to get results.
