Dawna was raised in a ‘real estate family’ in So.
California. This isn’t how her story began. Her mother died when she was just 10 years old, and from that moment, she was ‘in charge’.

At 15 real estate icame nto her life. She stood on front porches listening to her step-mum chat up virtual strangers turning them into family friends.

As a Air Force Commander’s wife, all those life lessons kept her grounded.

Dawna raised 4 kids on 3 continents, and bought and sold homes in 3 countries. You could say she’s learned a thing or two about negotiation & relocation.

As the author of three books, she's literally written the book on House Selling, Home Buying & Marketing.

Dawna is an advocate for her clients and earns their trust by providing an exceptional level of personal attention and constant communication.

Her childhood may have begun a little rocky and it started her on a path of resourcefulness and independence, and definitely made her the woman she is today.
