Dayleen has helped us with three real estate transactions. She has been beyond helpful. Two of the transactions she took care of remotely with us. She is on top of every date, deadline, inspection, appraisal, and all her paper work is done right the first time. Dayleen knows the area and the residents. Although not in her job description she put me in contact with services to upkeep our property before we moved to Morgan County. If we need a realtor again , will definitely be contacting her.
