We were moving to Calgary for the first time and needed an agent that specifically had experience handling corporate relocations. We chose Diana McIntyre based on her write up from her website, and we are so glad that we did! We traveled from out of country to Calgary for 1 week to find a house and she made everything so easy for us,. She knew exactly what we were looking for and we found our new home on day 2 of our search. In addition to the home search, she helped us with everything from the home inspection to finding fun things in the area to keep our 18 month old daughter busy during our stay.

Even when Diana was away at a business function for several days she still responded to my messages. I really appreciate that .

I recently moved to Calgary and didn't have a clue who to turn to for real estate when my sister told me a friend of hers was a realtor. After Diana McIntyre and I met and discussed my budget and wants, she went straight to work. She set up a search matching my criteria and I received numerous listings. Diana had no problem spending as much time as I needed and working with me on some weekends to match my schedule. (And on those long days looking at houses, she had a little basket of snacks in her car, which came in handy when you didn't have time to stop for lunch.) I would highly recommend Diana McIntyre for your realtor as she makes you feel relaxed, was very accommodating and efficient.

We were the worst kind of buyers. Zero knowledge of the Calgary area, a house to sell first on the other side of the country that was not moving, very specific, narrow and hard to find criteria for what we wanted - which evolved further during our search, a huge favourites list that probably made no sense, a 5 day house hunting trip in which we needed to cram dozens of viewings and see the whole city - with two very small children in tow... honestly she should have run far far away. But she was great. Fantastic. Endless patience, professionalism, humor, knowledge, efficiency and organization...little extras like always having water and snacks in her car and helping with the kids...quick to respond and obviously very experienced in every step of the process... honestly I can't think of a single complaint we had and we like to complain... and this ramble doesn't even capture all the things she did for us. She was never pushy or overbearing while we made difficult decisions which I really valued. We would and will highly recommend Diana McIntyre and are very grateful she put up with us! We are so happy with our new home!
