Throughout the entire purchase process of our new home Diana was an incredible help for me and my wife. With this being our first home purchase we were unsure about a lot of details and information that Diana was incredibly helpful and approachable about. If we were to sell our home in the future and buy another we would go with Diana and Rob again in a heartbeat!

Diana was always available to us. She was reachable, got back to us fast, arranged our viewings to meet our needs.

As we were making our condo purchase online from Vancouver with only a one-day visit to Calgary, we were really reliant on Diana McIntyre for many issues, such as making a walk-through video of the condo we wanted to buy (because the seller didn't/wouldn't provide one) as well as providing extra photos of the condo which we needed. Diana was always quickly responsive to our many emails and calls during the TWO months prior to the sale going through. She was VERY supportive in the negotiation process while dealing with some complicated issues on the seller's part. On our move-in day she and her partner were there to welcome us with a very generous and beautiful gift basket and a roll of toilet paper, both much welcomed as we had arrived by plane and were facing a completely empty suite as our household goods were arriving a couple of days later. She is a most pleasant person, calm, and was not the least bit pushy. All in all, just the right person to have on your side!

I first spoke to Robert about 2 years ago when we were thinking about selling our condo. I found Robert's name from a property he was selling in our building. I was impressed with reviews of happy buyers and sellers he has helped in the past. Robert listened to our story and provided very honest advice about holding off due to a high inventory of condos currently on the market. Not pushy in anyway to get a sale, just giving us honest advice. We came back 18 months later to Robert. He did a comprehensive market evaluation on our property and recommended a sale price my wife and I felt comfortable about. His write up on the property was perfect in our minds and the pictures taken along with expert virtual staging made the property look amazing. We had multiple offers and Robert provided excellent advice during negotiations.
