Selling our house in CA was a disaster, especially when trying to buy in GA at the same time. Edgar was amazing at communicating between the realtor there and the lender here so that everyone was on the same page. It eased a lot of the stress I had knowing that Edgar was on top of the situation. I’m sure this rough process could have been a real nightmare had Edgar not been the one one our side here. Next time we need a realtor here in Georgia, it will be Edgar Carbaat that we call.
