I made an appointment to meet Elena Schmidt and she was punctual and extremely professional. Elena Schmidt made me feel at ease with her warm personality and her sense of humour. Within a few days, Elena Schmidt had booked a photographer. After that process was finished, Elena Schmidt immediately began showing my property to interested parties. The following weekend Elena Schmidt had organized an open house. I had approximately 80 people at my open house. My home recieved multiple offers with overasking bids due to Elena Schmidt's diligence and high organizational skills. I would strongly recommend Elena Schmidt to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Considering I had Irv Tremblay previously for 6 months and he did nothing at all, I interviewed 3 other agents before choosing Elena. She was new to the game and I thought I would give her the chance. I made the right move. She had at least 1 showing a day and the house sold within a month. I would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a house. She was very professional..

On the items such as on-line, because I am not good at computer I have no idea how that went, but Elena was always professional when dealing with me and understood that I was not computer literate.

Elena has great people skills. She knows her job and did it extremely well. She worked the sale of my house to a tee and she was there to assist in the purchase of another one. She understood what I was after and responded to the situation. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is contemplating a sale or purchase. Great agent!
