Cheyanne was super kind and helpful! As a first time home buyer the process was intimidating but she made it much easier, she has many connections and truly wants you to have an easy going experience with all the people and steps involved. We looked at SO many houses, I honestly feel bad but she was super patient and not scared to go into any of the sketchy basements. She actually looked and 'inspected' every house and gave good pros and cons of each. Identifying if there could be potential problem areas. She got to know my interests to suggest layouts that would suit me personally. Even with my low budget she still took me on which I truly appreciate because there were so many hiccups and I couldn't imagine it with a different agent, she's super kind and just wants the best. I had a hiccup with the approval and she provided good suggestions. Hiccup with my broker, and she gave me a new broker that got me approved in 2 days (I didn't listen to her recommendation at first).

We first met Cheyanne Taylor when we messaged her about a property she was selling. We didn't end up taking a look at that property, but she asked us what we were looking for in a home and said she knew of other properties in the area that met those criteria. She graciously offered to show us those properties and it was on her recommendation that we found the dream house we ended up buying. We are first time buyers and her knowledge was such an assist as we navigated a process that was totally new to us. She was incredibly responsive and offered multiple communication options to meet our needs. Cheyanne is transparent, professional and found out answers to our questions when she didn't know right away. She is not pushy, the whole process was natural.
