After the first buyer backed out just days before closing, Esther really came through with the re-listing, new photos and updated info which resulted in a new buyer in about 2 weeks. We have used Esther Chambers both as a buyer and a seller over the last 14 years. We love Esther! She was so patient with us for so long (took at least two years to find this property). We really enjoyed working with her when we purchased our first home. Again, she was so patient with us then showing us over 20 houses and she knew what we wanted . When she saw the house we ended up buying before it came on the market, she knew it was the one for us and we were able to jump on it quickly. She was persistent in finding the septic certificate, which had been filed under the name of the contractor rather than with the property or the owner. She was diligent in gettibg the documentation right, and in handling all sale negotiations. The propert sold quickly and closed promptly.
