Working with Faye Demestihas when selling my home in Monroe could not have gone better. She is a great listener and thinks of all the details to move the sale along. My older home needed work and Faye - along with Century 21 online - were tremendous in guiding me when fixing my home, presenting, capturing and retaining the buyer all the way to closing - June to August. With preparation and hard work we successfully received $11K over asking. Placed on MLS Thursday afternoon -- and we had the over-bid the following Monday night.
My home was originally For Sale By Owner. Even though, Faye had contacted me to show me hopefuls for a new home. When our For Sale By Owner deal fell through, Faye asked me to list my home with her and promised to sell within a few months. It sold within three weeks of listing with her!
