Compared with the county’s typical value of $380,000, the local typical home value of $287,500 keeps the area more affordable while still showing steady appreciation.
In March 2026, the median list price stood at $279,000 with homes spending a long 126 days on the market, up sharply from a year and a month ago. With only 54 homes available and 17 new listings, inventory is down more than 35 percent from last year, helping support a seller’s market even as buyers benefit from list prices that are edging slightly lower month over month.
Looking ahead to April 2026, typical values are projected to ease slightly to about $284,975 and inventory to tighten further to around 49 homes, while the projected median list price hovers near $278,550.
