Year-over-year, Heritage Village’s rolling three-month data shows cooling prices, with the typical home value down nearly 6 percent and the median list price down a bit more than 9 percent. At the same time, homes are moving slightly faster than a year ago, as median days on market have dipped around 6 percent.
