Georgui Kassaev was an absolute pleasure to work with! He gave great advice and was very clear that he was looking at the houses based on their value as investments, but that I would have to determine whether the house could become my home. He was very knowledgeable and up front about the potential pros and cons with each property we looked at. Once we started the negotiation process with the seller, he really went to bat for me and helped me get a great deal. It was clear he understood the "game" and he helped me save money and never felt like he was railroading me into any decision. He recommended several lenders, home inspectors, and other services to help me out with my first-time home purchase.
