Leah is awesome! She is on top of everything and kept us on track. We had a less than 30 day closing with 3 major holidays in between on a highly competitive property (seller had 7 offers within the first few hours). She continuously kept open communication with us on what we needed to do, made great suggestions to stay ahead of the due dates/milestones to closing, and always gave us advice when asked on how to proceed with our best interest in mind. My parents listed property in Athens, Ga with another agent in December of 2022. Sixty days later, the property had not moved. We could not understand.
