Heather and Justin Bailey put it all on the line when they began a local brokerage together in 2021. After taking off in real estate as a dynamic team in 2019, they knew this was the next step in their real estate careers. Justin and Heather have since taken things further constantly growing their real estate expertise having helped over 85 buyers and sellers get to the finish line in the past five years. Coming up on 18 million worth in volume it is no shock that they have come across a lot of different scenarios in each transaction. When asked about the best part of being a team, hands down they know it is having a sounding board and being able to rely on each others strengths for the deals that are a little more challenging.
