As luck would have it, I began my career in real estate during the height of the Great Recession. Proving to be a formidable experience, it helped shape my character and resilience. Residential real estate was where I cut my teeth, but little did I know, I was on a path to becoming a full blow real estate nerd. Partially out of necessity (Great Recession), and partially from genuine interest in different sectors of real estate.These include multi-family investing, commercial real estate sales, leasing, and small business sales.I believe that to be an elite real estate professional you must be a well versed practitioner of many different facets of real estate; perspective and experience are critical. If your agent only sells residential then their limited perspective will prevent you from maximizing the return on your investment.
