Ian Wolf is an award winning broker-associate at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Morristown, NJ with over 22 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Ian managed and owned a real estate office with his parents. The Wolf Home Team consists of Ian along with his parents Sima and Lyle, and they are proud of collectively having over 90 years of real estate experience. Ian has been a real estate investor for many years owning multi-family and single family rentals, has experience in rehab, short sales, and extensive knowledge in buying/listing homes in foreclosure. He holds a Business Economics degree from Rutgers University and and holds the ABR designation, SFR Certification, At Home With Diversity designation, and is a 203k Specialist. He also is a licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor. Ian enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, drinking bourbon, and cycling. He also performs stand up comedy whenever possible.
