Ivie Baker

Ivie Baker has over 27 years of full-time experience as a Realtor. She has been a licensed agent since 1998 and has been working for Kehoe Realty since 1999. In 2011, she achieved her associate broker's license, and on January 1st, 2013, Jim and Ivie Baker bought Baker-Kehoe Realty from their long-time broker and became principal brokers.

Ivie has also been a Recreational Real Estate Specialist for almost all of her real estate career, specializing in residential and recreational properties such as waterfront and non-waterfront homes and cottages, parceled land, and vacant acreage in the Gladwin and Clare County areas.

Ivie also enjoys hunting and fishing and is familiar with the land and lakes in the area.
