Jacob stuck with me through many appointments until we found the perfect home to rent especially in this crazy market. He is very knowledgeable and thorough of the neighborhoods we were looking in and homes we viewed. For someone new to the rental market and area, I felt he took his time to explain anything I did not understand and I felt he had our best interests in mind when choosing our home and the location. Additionally Jacob has continued to stick by us and provide guidance along the way as we will eventually move on to hopefully buying a home one day.
