When it comes to selling anything, marketing is key! My favorite experiences as a Realtor are having conceptualized, coordinated, and executed multiple Community Open House Events. These Events invited fellow Realtors to cooperate in a large marketing effort and events to help sell local listings. This outside-the-box idea helped sell several homes, which made buyers, sellers, and Realtors all happy!
