I have worked with MBA Real Estate for 6 years in residential real estate sales, which was a natural progression from my previous experience as Project Manager for a private investor who bought and sold both flip and portfolio properties. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers, investors, and relocations.
When it comes to selling anything, marketing is key! My favorite experiences as a Realtor are having conceptualized, coordinated, and executed multiple Community Open House Events. These Events invited fellow Realtors to cooperate in a large marketing effort and events to help sell local listings. This outside-the-box idea helped sell several homes, which made buyers, sellers, and Realtors all happy!
