We live 4 hours away, and so Jake making himself available during our difficult schedule was very helpful. After selecting the condo that we were interested in, Jake continued to provide tremendous support through a particularly challenging buying process where the seller was actually from out of state. Lots of questions. Lots of answers. And Jake was always quick to answer and to make us feel as if it was no trouble at all. Jake even walked through the condo with my son (who will be living there) and helped point out important things to look for when buying property - things my son had not considered. He stayed with us to the final end of closing....
