September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $504,990—up 2.02% over the previous 12 months. Greenville had 108 new listings and 87 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 350—down 1.96% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
