Jana made the home buying and selling process so easy, we cannot say enough good things about her. We recently bought and sold homes with Jana for the second time. She is incredibly responsive and always kept us updated. She has so much experience and knowledge that helped with negotiations and made the entire process stress free. Jana is an amazing realtor! She is incredibly talented at what she does and she understands how to sell your home. We had our home on the market for several months. Quick background - our house was on the market for 4 months in a hot real estate market. We had 12-14 showings, and one extremely low ball offer, even after 2 price reductions. We had already moved out of town. We decided to re-evaluate our agents, and interviewed 5 real estate agents, eventually choosing Jana. During our interview process and her research on our house, it was clear she had an abundance of good ideas and minor fixes (our house was only 4 years old) to make our house sellable. She was very quick to redo our photos and implement the changes we agreed upon. She also recommended keeping our price point, despite 3 of the other realtors feeling we were overpriced significantly. Jana coordinated all the improvements/repairs, always knew what was going on with/at our house, and was always super available and prompt in her response. She really understood the finer points and her attention to detail was impressive. Within a day of putting our house back on the market, we received an offer near our asking price and the sale closed a few days earlier than promised. We cannot thank Jana enough for unloading a lot of the stress off us, and selling our house for a fair price quickly. The things that stand out the most about Jana are her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, availability, efficiency, and ability to coordinate every aspect of the listing and sale.
