Janis and her assistant Maria were responsive, organized, and always on top of things. Janis is knowledgeable and friendly, and easy to work with throughout. She recommended a list price higher than we had in mind, explained exactly why, and the market proved her right. The house sold in three days for cash. She also helped with staging and negotiated well on our behalf. Great experience overall. We'd use her again and happily refer her.

Janis Adams performed excellent throughout the entire process, she made my home purchase seamless. During the entire process there was only one time I could not reach her because she was called out of town but she had her assistant Maria give me a call to let me know she was out of town. Janis far exceeded our expectations! She is very professional and guided us through all aspects of the sale. As part of her service a professional stager came to our home and and had very helpful suggestions for us to make our house to look its best for photographs and showing. Her selling price was more aggressive than we expected and we still got 5 offers at or above the asking price. Sold in 3 days! Say no more :)
